What if I’ve never made a film before?
That’s exactly why we’re here. We want to give you a taste of what filmmaking is and experience it first-hand. Experience is great, but not required.
Do I need a video camera?
You are NOT required to bring your own video camera to class, but please bring one if you have it. A video camera or even a photo camera that shoots video will work.
Do I need to bring a laptop?
Again, you are NOT required to bring a laptop, but please bring one if you have it. This will increase efficiency and aid in several of the activities.
Will there be homework?
Most of the activities will be done in class. Students may be asked to look for certain props or costume pieces at home, but this will be minimal.
